In 2021, “Mi Palenque” underwent a significant change in management, marking the beginning of a series of renovations and improvements to our establishment. This was a pivotal year in our history, shaping what is now known and felt in our restaurant.
The year 2022 brought the opportunity to expand, acquiring a new location and continuing our mission to offer an exceptional culinary experience. These changes have not only enhanced our environment but also strengthened our identity.
Tradition and Name
The name “Mi Palenque”, rooted in the original founder’s passion for roosters, has become a symbol of family tradition and quality for our diners. We decided to retain this name, already established and beloved by our clientele, adding our personal touches to further define the essence of “Mi Palenque”.
Our Team
The heart of “Mi Palenque” lies in our team, mainly composed of talented chefs from Mexico City. Among them, three brothers have been part of our kitchen for over 10 years, with one of them being with us since the very first day. Their dedication and experience have been key to maintaining the authenticity and distinctive flavor of our dishes.

El año 2022 trajo la oportunidad de expandirnos, adquiriendo una nueva ubicación y continuando nuestra misión de ofrecer una experiencia culinaria excepcional. Tradición y Nombre
El nombre “Mi Palenque”, arraigado en la pasión del fundador original por los gallos, se ha convertido en un símbolo de tradición familiar y calidad para nuestros comensales. Decidimos conservar este nombre, ya establecido y querido por nuestra clientela, agregando nuestros toques personales para definir aún más la esencia de “Mi Palenque”.

El corazón de “Mi Palenque” reside en nuestro equipo, compuesto principalmente por talentosos chefs de la Ciudad de México. Entre ellos, tres hermanos han sido parte de nuestra cocina durante más de 10 años, con uno de ellos estando con nosotros desde el primer día. Su dedicación y experiencia han sido clave para mantener la autenticidad y el sabor distintivo de nuestros platos.
